| The mission of a Toastmasters Club
is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in
which every member has the opportunity to develop communication and leadership
skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth. |
Morning club meetings vary from an hour to an
hour-and-thirty minutes. Lunch time clubs usually meet for an hour.
Evening clubs, especially those where a meal is served, meet for
two to two-and a-half hours. Some clubs include time for a breakfast or
dinner meal while others may provide beverages and snacks. |
